These sessions will develop more experienced players to play within an Orange court. At this stage, participants require faster movement and more power on shots to meet the demands of each session. We will also be looking into more specific shots such as the serve and volley, and how they can be effectively used within play. Matchplay will be focused on at these sessions and we would like to encourage participants to play local/regional tournaments.
