1. Cancellation & Refunds
1.1 A player or player’s parent can request to cancel the booking at any time.
1.1.2 A full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued/processed if a cancellation notice is provided more than 14 days before the class/camp start date.
1.1.3 A 50% refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued/processed if a cancellation notice is provided within 14 days of the class/camp start date. No refund will be issued/processed if a cancellation notice is provided within 7 days of the class/camp start date.
1.1.4 There will be no refund where a cancellation is requested after the class/camp start date.
1.1.5 A full refund (minus any website and payment provider transaction fees) will be processed if a player is unable to attend due to serious illness or injury.
2. Consent to Photography
2.1 Where a player is booked into a class/camp, consent is granted to All Set Tennis to take photographs of the player.
2.2.1 Photographs of the player(s) may be used for marketing All Set Tennis’s services on its social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
2.2.2 Photographs of the player(s) may also be used for promotional materials, including posters and flyers displayed in public locations such as schools, tennis clubhouses and parks.
2.3 If a player or player’s parent does not consent to photography, All Set Tennis must be notified by email before the class or camp begins.
3. Marketing Communications (Lomond Park Tennis Club)
3.1 By booking onto any class or camp held at Lomond Park Tennis Club, you consent to Lomond Park Tennis Club using the email address provided during booking to send marketing communications.
3.2 These communications may include information about upcoming coaching programmes, holiday camps, club events, competitions, membership offers and other tennis-related activities at Lomond Park Tennis Club.
3.3 You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications from Lomond Park Tennis Club at any time by contacting them directly.
